This audio-video sample pertains to a set which demonstrates that Prior to the Parental Alienation the children enjoyed engaging Webcam visitations with their Father. They are 10 minute clips of 30 minute Webcam Visitation sessions which immediately precede the childrens alienation from the Father by the Mother. These Webcam visitations took place over a two-year period and were a primary means for the children to continue their relationship with their Father. During these visitations which were a full 30 minutes in duration, they told stories, created characters, and had imaginary adventures together as Team Overton. As soon as the children returned after two extended Visitations with their Father at the end of the summer of 2008, the mother would increase her parental alienation program, that is, the deliberate manipulation of a parent over a child or children to alienate them from another parent. The mother was responding to the childrens interest in spending more time with the Father and especially the sons interest and dedication in the Junior MAMBAS programs (martial arts for children) which he would participate in at his Fathers house. Upon expressing his interest the mother responded by trying to remove the Family Court Case, under Appeal in the State of California, to Massachusetts. Her Motion was denied on November 4, 2008 and since that point in time the children have refused stories and are not allowed to communicate with their Father during Webcam visitations.
This Case is belongs to a series in which we have children in a Post-Move away situation where the mother has engaged in a prolonged campaign of attempting to alienate two young children from their loving Father. It is one of a series of video clips which demonstrate the horrors of Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS) in action. Other videos in this series were filmed in the Pre-Move Away period when the children originally lived 3 days/nights a week with their father in the San Diego area and after an embittered Move Away were taken away to Boston where shortly after their arrival in the fall of 2006 the boy became the victim of child sexual abuse and rape while under the mothers supervision. In spite of this tragedy, and despite the fact that the mother to date (January 2009) has refused to provide the child with psychological therapy for his trauma, the Family Court of San Diego has denied a change of circumstances needed remove the children from her custody.

Please take the time to see other videos in this series which show:
1)How the children were in the company of the father PRIOR to the Move Away to Boston.
2)How the son discloses the details which he had in fact not shared with the mother of his extended sexual abuse while under the supposed protection of the mother demonstrating a total trust in the father.
3)How the children enjoyed intensive interactions with the father over Webcam visitations PRIOR to the mother losing the Motion to move the Case to Massachusetts in her attempt to evade the authority of the Appellate Court of California over her custody.

Obama’s Child Soldiers

Monday, January 26th, 2009

Six days after the inauguration of President Obama, the U.S. is scheduled to begin the first trial of a child soldier accused of war crimes since World War II.

This video shows why President Obama must take swift action to end the unconstitutional military commissions, and why he must bring the United States back in line with the treaties it has signed regarding the treatment of juveniles who have been recruited or used in armed conflict.

Here is some background to the trial set for January 26: Canadian citizen Omar Khadr was 15 years old when he was captured in Afghanistan in the midst of a firefight that seriously injured Khadr and resulted in the death of a U.S. solider. Khadr was sent to Guantanamo where he was been held for 7 years — one-third of his life. He was beaten, subject to painful stress positions and even used as a human mop after he urinated on the floor during one interrogation. Under these conditions, the prosecution of Khadr raises grave concerns about the rule of law and underscores how unconstitutional the military commissions are. President Obama must end them as he has promised.

Doing so will spare ACLU client Mohammed Jawad from trial in an illegal system. Jawad was sent to Guantanamo after he was captured at about age 16 at the scene of a grenade attack in Afghanistan that injured two U.S. soldiers. Afghan authorities threatened Jawad with his death, and that of his family, if he didnt confess to the attack. Based on the resulting false confession, Jawad was transferred to U.S. custody where he was further abused. Among other forms of cruel treatment he suffered at Guantanamo, Jawad was subjected to the so-called frequent flyer program, where he was moved every few hours — 112 times over two weeks — to deny him sleep. His trial date under the military commissions has not been set because the Bush administration has appealed the military judges decision to suppress torture-derived confessions. The appeals court decision is pending.

Join the ACLU in calling on President Obama to immediately shut down the military commissions operating at Guantanamo.

My husband has a 2 1/2 year old from a previous relationship. He pays child support but never gets to see his son because the mother will not allow it. Every time tries to go see him, she is too busy or out of town or some excuse. Well, at the beginning of the month, she moved with his son halfway across the united states, didnt leave an address, and changed her phone number so he has absolutely know way to get ahold of her. She is still collecting child support as well. Is it even legal for her to just take him?? I thought I heard somewhere that this is considered kidnapping. Any one ever been in this situation or known someone who was?

what kind of custody does he have? It can be illegal….It Illegal not allowing the father to see his child…Child Support and Visitations are two different things. If he has a court order for him to see the child she can get arrested. She is violating a court order.she can be held in contempt of court…Tell him to take her back to court……Good Luck

Edit: Even if he didn't pay his child support and had Visitation rights he can still see the child…I hate when parents try to stop them from seeing kids cuz they didnt get their money. its illegal
