By now it is clear that there is no evidence of molestation. THE ALBATROSS 1001CONCEPTUAL has recieved some imput in relation to television and the correlation between what happens on television and how the imiages are constructed, this work examines letter writing in relation to the television experience, notice the texture of letter as opposed to the texture of the grain of the
television, the letter has a much plainer grain and in these imiages the letter is black ink on white paper, there is
no colour as opposed to the television yet it appear to be more elaborate than the television, the black letters
taken from the latin alphabet, that has been appropriated into the english alphabet though in a much weaker form
as the depth of the language is much weaker than latin and certainly is of interest, though more concisely
the black letters seem to move the viewer from left to right, if you focus on each word as it is written you will
find your head moving from left to right, from left to right, in not a nodding motion but a shaking motion. None
the less, this conceptual consideration certainly does bring to light the relationship the nature of various
communications devices that makes it more than appropriate for the albatross 1001 conceptual art.

Dear, the legal system is set up to settle disputes and enforce laws. Child custody laws are in place to determine who should have custody of a child—between 2 divorcing parents, between a bad parent and the State, and when someone wants to adopt a child who has no parents. Child support is ordered to the divorcing parent who only has visitation rights to a child. So, they are what they are, what more can I say?
It seems like you are having a hard time with this assignment. I wish I could be of better help.

We are unmarried, he is on the birth certificate….. i cant remember if the a few ppl told me, me being unmarried and the mother in the state of michigan that i have sole physical custody until taken to court and proven otherwise by the court system…. i may be wrong.. can someone tell me when you are not married what term of custody the mother has….

i cant remember if they said sole custody, sole/physical custody or just physical custody… any ideal?

i keep hearing about kids whose parents are having messy custody battles where both parents are trying to get sole custody. what i don't understand is why. the other parent isn't a drug addict and don't beat the kids or anything, so why rob the kid of their relationship with the other parent?

is it just because they're selfish?

Yes, they both want as much as possible, depriving the other.
It's about "winning". The one who gets the MOST, including the kid(s) AND the child support they bring with them,"wins" in the World of divorces.

I am fighting a custody battle for my ten year old daughter. There are some things I don't understand. How do you know if your attorney is doing all they can for you. Mine didn't even read the papers I mailed him. Also when there is court mediator, like a psychologist, that each parent pays to have speak with your child, shouldn't they ask more than four questions??

It sounds like you don't have confidence in your attny. Perhaps you need a 2nd opinion. Your attny should be able to provide the understanding you require.

I want to appoint a very dear and trust worthy long time friend to be my son's god father. But I want to take it to the next level I want to ensure that in case something happens to my husband and I that he is the one that will have all rights to have custody/ guardianship of my son.

What forms do I need so create and have him sign? Do I have to go thru a lawyer? Should I also include this in my will?

I was told you can just write up a note and have it notarized with this Information on it. We did this for my Grandson who has just recently turned 18 making it void.
We just write I (your name)( this would have to be names of both parents) request that my child (his name and birth date) be placed in the custody of (name of person you want) If I (we) are ever unable to care for said child at any time prior to his 18th birthday . signed by both dated and registered with a notary. Thank God we never had to use it but it gave us peace of mind as she was a single parent and him being conceived in violence. Keep a copy with your important papers and give one to the person you want to take control yes you can add one to the will also
