Usher’s Ex Wife Wants His Child Custody Removed

Usher’s ex wife Tameka Foster labels him a “dead beat dad”. Hey everyone this is Ani Esmailian for Hollyscoop. Usher’s ex filed paperwork in a Georgia asking a judge to get rid of Usher’s physical custody of their two boys because he hasn’t paid up in legal obligations. Um…you’re rich! The couple has two kids together, four year old Usher Raymond V and two year old Naviyd. They spend most of their time with Mom, but Mommy dearest is too pleased with daddy right now. Tameka claims that Usher is supposed to get her permission anytime he travels outside the state with their kids, and he repeatedly fails to get her permission. Damn, busted for all those Vegas trips with the kids. She also says he did not get her approval before hiring nannies for the kids. He also didn’t allow her to have custody of the kids for 2 weeks over the summer as she was supposed to. She was also supposed to have sole custody of the kids over their winter break last year and that did not happen. But the most offensive thing that Usher did was close out Tameka’s Saks 5th Avenue credit card! Gasp! They’re due in court on Wednesday. How would i go about transferring custody of a child to someone else and giving them legal guardianship of her?

My child wants to go to a Charter school in Delaware named Cab Calloway. I live in Maryland. My friend said she would take her in so my child can pursue a career in the Arts. My friend needs legal guardianship of her to enroll her though, how do i go about transferring legal custody?

You would have to contact a lawyer and have appropriate paperwork filled out. It will require signatures of both parents, most likely, but can be done.

Help with child custody legal matters?

My fiance has an issue with his daughter that was taken from the mother several years ago due to drugs, etc.. Her sister, which is the person who now has custody of the daughter is refusing to allow him to speak with her. He tried to get custody of his daughter and so did his parents but the courts would not allow it because he lived in Reno, Nevada and the child’s mother resided in Antioch, CA. His court appointed attorney advised him not to appear in court because of an old warrant because they would arrest him and terminate his parental rights. So of course he listened to his attorney, did not appear, and never received anymore documentation regarding the situation. He had weekly phone contact with his daughter and one day when the daughter was on the phone with him the uncle told her not to call my fiance her father and that he was her father now. He then got on the phone and basically told him he will never see or talk to her again. We have since requested all of the documentation on the case which only included the initial plans of her possibly moving to Reno to live him my fiance or his parents after they jumped through a lot of hoops to get approved legally and then dismissed because of the distance. There are no records of parental rights terminated or adoption paperwork. I spoke with the county clerk and she said that if there is paperwork such as the adoption or the termination of his parental rights he would not be able to access them. Can anyone give me some advice on how to proceed. Obviously an attorney but we do not have the money for that. The county clerk said that an attorney on his behalf could request the documents if they exist but again we are not in any position to hire an attorney for this. Help, desperate.

File for soul custody, make a reasonable attempt to notify the child’s father IAW the law. You will win by default when he doesn’t show up in court.
