Mother does not want the child, and wants the ex-husband to have full custody.
The couple is in their early 30′s, and the child is 10 years old girl.

All they have to do is go though the court. Most judges are fine with it as long as both parties agree. My boyfriend and his ex wife just got out of a custody battle and they finally came up with a fair agreement. They just wrote it out and had it signed by the judge and it was done.

My wife and I are filing for divorce and i wanted to know, does the Mother always get custody of the kids. She is going to move back to Australia, so if she get custody i will barley see my kids. My friend says that the mother always get custody because she is simply the Mother. Shared custody will not work in our situation.

Nothing "always" occurs, but in general unless the mother is proven to be unfit or doesn’t desire custody, it’s true it often goes to the mother…I have known a few men over the years (my brother included) who had primary or sole custody of the kid(s) after divorce…

If she gets custody, see what you can do (legally) to keep her in your country so you can have shared/joint custody…there may be options, speak to your attorney (I’ve never had to deal with that issue)…

Why would an American father more likely to pay child support, and voluntary give custody to the mother? The mother tries to come up with a parental plain that both parents are satisfied with. It is generally know that because this mother is from Eastern Europe she is a better mother that most Italian mothers, and even Italian man would say that. Those same Italian men would say that 90 percent of American women are crap.

Totally not fair.

If 2 couples have a child that are not married do they give mother full custody or shared custody?

Mississippi

note: I signed the papers.
i signed it 4 years ago. They told me it was just papers saying I’m the father. I was young I should of looked at all those papers.

They usually give joint legal custody, but physical custody to the mother. EVEN IF you signed papers giving her full custody, you can change that once the kid is school aged. Unless you signed adoption papers, you can go to court and have custody revisited.

Southern states are more apt to give full custody to the mother because of much higher rates of drug abuse or abandonment by the father.

Is it fair that a mother could lose custody of her daughter, if she has to move to a different state, because she can’t find a local job? The economy is so bad that many people have to leave the area to find a job. If she can’t do this than she can’t affort to feed her daughter and put a roof over her head. That is the way it is, becase the child support she gets is less than $50.00 a month.

Totally not fair.

How would a mother go about giving custody to the father? what would have to be done to make that happen?

Not much to go on here. Physical custody? Drop the child off at the father’s house. Legal custody? Both parents would file with the court a modification of the current order, or if no current order, file with the court a shared parenting agreement. Courts in bigger cities have advocates in the domestic court house to help with this. Agreement has to include terms to cover visitation, child support, and how medical insurance will be taken care of. If the domestic court doesn’t have any arbitration or mediation available, a private attorney could take care of it very easily.

I am a single father with two kids, we split a year ago, she has given sole physical custody to me in two separate MSA’s, am trying to finalize the divorce and she is now contesting it saying that we have reconciled(which has not happened) and wants to renegotiate custody. I reside and am filing for divorce in Virginia, what are the odds she can take the kids now after a year of this arrangement? She currently has reasonable and liberal visitation and pays child support.

The most common way used by women is a false allegation of child sexual abuse.

My brother has already given me provisional custody. He moved out and left the girls and his girlfriend at my home. The girlfriend is the mother of my 2 nieces. She is willing to sign off her rights to the girls to me and my husband. How do we go about getting this started?

Get a family law lawyer.

Should a mother lose custody of her 10-year-old daughter because she refused to allow her to see her father yes or no? When she was ten years old her father filed a paternity suit against her, to see access to his daughter. The mother does not want child support, and the father is a total stranger to his daughter. The father did not even know, of her existence until she was ten years old.

The mother is (in most cases) going to get sole custody of their child. There is a maternal bond between your child and you that cannot be broken.

Would a mother more likely give custody of her baby daughter to her daddy, if the mother is told that he can get about five female school teachers, will testify in family court that his is the better parent? All five female school teachers told her that they would do this, because they believe the father is the better parent. The daddy still lives with his parrents and has a very good father him self.

It sounds like the mother and father are in school still and that is why the teachers are going to be testifying.
Now, I don’t fully understand the question because if the case goes to court then it won’t be up to the mother.
If the mother doesn’t want to give the father custody then they can take it to court and let a judge decide.
However, unless the mother is very unstable and/or incapable of raising the child, then she will probably win custody and the father will have visitation rights.
Maybe if there was more information I could give you a better answer.
