Child services has legal custody of my child court ordered4 2 more mo. How soon can I move after I have cust?

Hopeful, reunification court date is only 2 mo. away, and I have complied with court orders. The judge is very fair so I’ll probably get my child back then. After I do, I live in New Hampshire, when can I move out of state? (I will have legal custody at the point when I want to move but child services will be keeping an eye on me for several months. Can’t they transfer the case at this point)?

That is 100% at the discretion of the Judge in your case, there is no time table in a book for people to reference.

It will be in your court order if you are allowed to move, and what restrictions you have. I can only imagine that in a case like this you will be required to report in to them on your progress with the child and how they are doing and they will probably get reports from the school/daycare on the progress and condition of the child.

I have serious doubts you will be just able to move without a VERY good reason like a really great job offer, or moving closer to your family for added support in helping raise your child.
