as an alternative, let these systems work the men and women to death, as modern day slaves in concentration camps, and remove all chances of having a life ever again. this would increase the suicide and family homicide rates – writing off the CSA bill. Else, as slaves if they become disabled, then write-off their CSA bill and let the state take care of them, increasing the national debt. A GREAT suggestion, isn’t it?

these type of systems can not be stopped, but only slowed down. i’d suggest all dads, give-up their lively-hood, stop working, build-up in arrears, and demand to goto prison longterm, refuse to leave prison until demands are met. let women work and take over everything. let them pay for the entire state bill, especially, building and maintaining larger and larger prisons. let the kids sue the state, CSA. watch the national debt rise, and courts and CSA start to change.

Remember, it takes 2 to make a baby. You can’t blanket your statements to qualify ALL men. There are some women who use the support for booz, cigs, gambling, drugs, etc. Does that mean that all women do that? No, so not all me are as you describe and a lot of those men, who are doing things the right way, are the ones screaming about the system.
I have no problem paying support, but my ex-wife uses it for gambling and everything else but support. She is a deadbeat mom.

One thing people …
One thing people like you need to realize is that not all men go out and make babies everywhere and/or are deadbeats. There are just as equal amount of women that purposely sleep with men to have children so they can live off of support and hide the children from the fathers.
There are also many divorced fathers who’s wives have left them for other men taking the children, hiding children, and man is paying for them without getting to see them.

Child support is …
Child support is not set in every state. The mother went onto social security and the state came after me for another $200 a month. That would make it almost $450 a month I would be paying for one child. They said they were raising my support to get back the money they were paying for her in from social security.
This is what men get upset about. Women are not held as accountable in financial support as men are and they allow women to keep children away from good fathers even though illegal

Not all fathers are …
Not all fathers are deadbeat. There are a lot of women who are deadbeat that purposely get pregnant, keep child from father, and sue for support when the father is not a deadbeat. I have that going with 2 of my kids right now.
Custodial interference is a felony and many women out of anger keep children from father out of spite and sue for support.
My ex-wife used her support I paid for gambling while my daughter went without.

You are incorrect. It is not just 100-200 per month that men are paying. There are men that paying 50% of their checks. A friend of mine was paying around $1,000 a month for his kids.
Most fathers that pay support are from divorces. Some which the mother left the father for another man and the father winds up paying for children another man is raising because mother is keeping kids from father.
These are the cases people complain about.

You pathetic ignorant woman. You do not even comprehend that the corrupt family law system has brainwashed you along with millions of other people. Child support is only making the government richer while alienating children from their fathers. I agree with Kreighton112, if you or any other “single mother” want support, perhaps they should go through the court to pursue 50-50 custody instead of simply lining their own pockets and watching their children grow up fatherless.

maybe you should …
maybe you should get a job and stop doing things for your self (i.e. getting your hair and nails done, obviously). Additionally, if you have SUCH an issue with supporting your children, maybe you should make arrangements to have custody transferred to their (i’m sure multiple) dads. It is women like you that corrupt the system. You are the one who is making a child into a paycheck. Maybe instead of taking 50% of a mans paycheck, that man should have 50% CUSTODY of that child.

Thing is, the system treats ALL fathers like they are child abusing, deadbeat ogres. It doesn’t do this because it hates men, it’s nothing personal really, it’s just that that’s the most profitable way for the state to run things. They know the vast majority of women don’t give a how much they beat good men down so long as they keep the money flowing to women, and most men are ignorant of the system and/or blinded by misguided chivalry. Some of what happens is truly ubelievable.

For the record, I too despise men who up and walk on their kids. I don’t even understand that, unless the mother is a complete nightmare (gives him major drama about seeing his kid, etc) and he just gives up like she wanted him to. But most men are not this way. 70% of divorces are initiated by women, and not because of abuse, because of reasons like “we grew apart”. That stat I can back up.

The man might WANT …
The man might WANT to see his kids far more often but the CP mother won’t allow him to because if she does he’ll legally have ground to lower his CS. This happens whenever CS awards are out of proportion to whatever it costs to actually raise the child. It is all about money and all sides have to say it is all about the child, so they all make up reasons why what they argue is in the best interests of the child. But really, it’s all about money. On all sides. It’s sad.

Wow. I left a post here a few weeks ago to the effect that I thought you were being intelligent and open minded about some of this stuff. It seems like something happened between now and then.
Men can keep their dick in their pants and still get hit with CS. The kid might not be theirs. Check out the Navarro case in CA where the county KNEW he wasn’t the father but demanded money anyway. There is a crooked, corrupt system out there it isn’t all deadbeat irresponsible men.
