I just got screwed …
I just got screwed out of 1500 month when I only make 1200 month. I am going to lose my license, my two children that currently live with and my apartment. I am going to be neg 300 every month and I wont be able to afford my childrens healthcare. Any changes updates on these laws? no one to run to for HELP,I am sinking very quickly and my children are too. I am being forced to go underground and change my identity and become a criminal after I was doing so well.

these type of systems can not be stopped, but only slowed down. i’d suggest all dads, give-up their lively-hood, stop working, build-up in arrears, and demand to goto prison longterm, refuse to leave prison until demands are met. let women work and take over everything. let them pay for the entire state bill, especially, building and maintaining larger and larger prisons. let the kids sue the state, CSA. watch the national debt rise, and courts and CSA start to change.

Child support is nothing more then dollar signs to the state and MANY mothers.I raise my daughter and have so for 2 yrs and i’m supposed to pay.But,I do not.They can arrest me.I provide everything for my child.Her mother does nothing at all.

This video is awesome,i met a girl who told me she couldnt get pregnant, got pregnant and moved to texas with a lesbian love waited 8 years and they added 75,000 of back child support to my account.out of my check monthly and the balance gains 19.99% interest monthly my taxes have been garnished since 2001. They also want me to be responsible for all the welfare she recieved from the state as well which also gains interest monthly. HELP HELP HELP 469-667-5075

This scares me and this is exactly what i’ve been talking about I was treated like in the court even though I was paying, I was lied to and given as little information as possible…this is disgusting and i’m tired of being treated like a wallet instead of a father. It’s also sad that alot of the mothers are more concerned with a small check instead of whats best for the child!!!!!!!

i make decent money for a high school graduate. i am a good father and live within my means. i make about $2200 a month and my bills are about $1800 per month. i have been ordered to pay $673.09 per month. you do the math.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of Carol? Also, is the Appellate Court involved? I have read a lot of COA opinions, and they seem pretty fair. I lost all custody to an alcoholic with no driver’s license who went to jail three times during our trial, including 30 days in rehab, and was caught lying in court, and presented no witnesses. alandlord@hotmail.com

I got hurt at my job and was refused workers comp. I lost the job later due to this. I have since had to sell my house for dirt cheap just to get by. Most of that went to child support. I pay $270.00 a month for one child. I make $4.00 an hour plus tips ave(45.00). I only work 20 hours a week. My rent is 350.00. Child support said they could lower my support to 248.00 a month. I am looking for a better paying job but am unable to find one at this time. I live 5 hours away from my son now just to find work. I will be out of a place to live soon. I can not pay my car insurance due to child support, rent, food,etc. My car is how I make money at this time. I am out of options !!!! And running out of time. Anyone know a really good lawyer for West Virginia that will work for free?? Thanks for listening
