Use a certified mediator to write up the agreement, which can then be registered with the court, pro per.

If the two of you have any questions on what to discuss with the mediator, I would be willing to talk to both in a conference call.
References :
http://Dads-House.org

For 22 years, I have volunteered my time working with divorced/single fathers dealing in family law issues, such as child support, teaching them about what the states are not telling support obligors.

Your child is protected by a court order. You have to go back to that court in writing and ask the court to grant the change in custodial order and support. This is done to protect the child's future.

you can get one lawyer to do the paperwork for about 400.00

Smart parents will always be there for the child for years to come. I don't think the address of the child is so much the issue as the safety of the child.

Good luck
References :
FINALLY, A NON-DUMB FATHER!!!

I would be rich if in the last 23 years I had a dime for all the times I hear about a mother have doing this, the father DOES NOT file for custody, or PARENTAL RIGHTS as single fathers have no presumed rights to their children, she comes back, takes the children away, and files for retroactive child support.

Simply contact a Doc Prep Service in your area. Tell them exactly what you need, and they will prepare the documents for filing. There are also a few online.

Here is the Dads House Manual which can also teach you how to hire an attorney. You can reduce the cost of hiring an attorney through preparation and taking the time to interview attorneys. A less experienced (Cheaper) attorney willing to take payments, but employs an experience paralegal can be as effective as an more experienced and expensive one, The paralegal is the real backbone of any case. Often when an attorney dies or retires, their paralegals will go to work for a young, new attorney to guide and help them gain experience.

If the two of you make an equal salary, then 50/50 custody would likely result in no order of child support. If one of you makes more than the other, it is possible the more affluent parent would be required to pay at least some child support.

But absolutely nobody can give you any specific advise or information because you failed to identify your STATE. State law varies - so there are, quite literally, 50 different ways child support is calculated.

In my state, an order of child support would have to be entered at the same time the custody order is entered. In situations of 50/50 (or close to equal custody), the non-primary parent would apply for a residential credit which could eliminate any money changing hands. But one parent HAS to be the primary parent. Additionally, the child support order lays out each parent's responsibility with regard to additional bills and it describes who will take the tax credit during any particular year.

It's nice that everything is going well. And it's nice that you've agreed to 50/50 custody. But custody and child support orders need to be very specific because they need to be documents you can rely on when the stuff hits the fan . . . which WILL happen at some point. 50/50 custody works fine for very young children, but this usually breaks down as the child gets older and starts feeling as though she is a guest in both of her parents' homes. (Oftentimes the catalyst is a new significant other and/or new children.) If your ex gets a girlfriend who he is gaga in love with but who treats your daughter like crap, you will (hopefully) swoop in like a mama bear to protect your child - custody and child support can go into flux very quickly.

I recently went to court for a client who had enjoyed 50/50 custody with her ex who lived right across the street from her for seven years. He fell in love with a woman with two girls who started beating on my client's two sons. Despite the problems, this knuckle head would leave the gf's 13 year old daughter alone with the 7 and 10 year old boys. (He also started drinking heavily and started engaging in domestic disputes with the gf.) Despite that wonderful 50/50 relationship that lasted for seven years, he has now had no visitation with the boys for five months and is now under a child support order. (He refused to give up the violent girlfriend, the alcohol, or the inappropriate babysitter.)

When drawing up orders your focus should be to hope for the best: But write it up for the worst. Those documents need to be something you can rely on when the two of you hate each other's guts and refuse to speak to each other.
References :
False! This Russian ...
False! This Russian Today documentary has a bunch of lies. There is pseudo-patriotism in it, this account is nothing else than a bunch of lyes and there is lack of honesty on it. In the first place, the girl was not about to be deported, since she had a special permit that allowed her to stay, mother could not be deported either because of daughter. This whole case was made by the Russian Embassy to show work to their superiors in Moscow, following orders from the Russian Foreign Affairs.

Every decent and ...
Every decent and honest citizen (both here and in Russia) knows the truth and the overwhelming majority already took side by foster parents. Tragic story due to an idiotic judge of appeal, that made a big error. Truth is: Child will have to work for mother and not otherwise. Let's hope that, at least, Mr. Putin and Russian authorities show some sense of decency and responsibility, and help the child. Otherwise, it will be another victim of confusing human rights and "patriotism".
