What are the child custody laws, in georgia, if the father wants full custody?
the mother didn’t want to be tied down so they broke it off and They agree child will live with the father. The father is going for full custody. but one day the mother came with the cops, the father showed the court papers[it is not final yet that he has full custody until december] but the cops still gave the child to the mother. So my other question also is …. Is she allowed to do that?? Is it legally right??
no, the father in this case is gonna make some bling bling. its not illegal until the case is final who is gonna have custody. till then the father should not argue with the the mother of the kids and just keep his cool and just make a report with the cops for any future proof of the incident.

court documents do not "pro-rate"time;; in other words, that custody hearing in december is to determine who will have custody;; it is not set yet;; the mother has all rights to the child, the father has rights only when paternity has been proven;; soooo, the courts end up taking a very long time to process all this "bargaining";; your best bet, or should I say "his" best bet, is to get along with the mother, respect each other, cuz the child can actually care LESS about ANYTHING else!!!! good, bad, or indifferent, the child ONLY cares about mom, & dad;; so PLEASE for the sake of the child, get along….that’s the ONLY thing you have to do;; & btw, the courts really don’t care about all the stupid little "mindgames", "injustices", "whos’ doing the moral thing or not", they only care about LAW…& guess what, the child doesn’t know a THING about the law, nor should he/she…truly, been there, done that, do anything you CAN for this child, which includes getting along with the people he/she loves, cuz this child MAY turn on you if you make the wrong move…
