well, i have my grankids, and da suppossly daddy of my grankids wants to have custody, but wat if they deport him, and wats going to happen to the kids wen he gets deported…..so its better for the cps jus to leave them wit me…..

Just because he isn’t legally in the country doesn’t mean he isn’t the child’s biological father with rights to that child.

I don’t have any idea what his rights are, though, or the childrens’ rights.

I hope it works out in the best possible way for those children.
