The issue was DNA testing, YOU made it about birth control. Birth control has been around for millenia (and never solved the problem of cuckoldry), it took us millenia to discover DNA and then some extra decades to test it reliably. You straw-manned the entire issue by boiling it down to an issue of wearing a condom, even though contraceptive measures about on the female side (some much more reliable than condom). Like I said, the solution (and your outlook) is rather simplistic.
