		<description>If you are in the Dominican Republic, take contact with El Tribunal de Menores (there is one in every town) and they will help you with the info you need (and paper works) Probably they will advise you to take a lawyer. But first always ask for the fee of the lawyer and a estimate of the expenses he will have, to avoid surprises...
