Here’s the deal all …
Here’s the deal all you idiots out there who don’t get it, THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN!!! Going back and forth, back and forth does nothing but cause instability for the kids. This is one of the main reasons why judges decide they way they do with custody.Besides, lets be honest, it’s all about what you pay isn’t it?

No fault divorce …
No fault divorce has ruined this country and families! Even criminal step parents have more rights than a biological parent in Iowa. What a cope out to claim that abuse is occurring all the time. It is a key ward used by low life attorneys to mindless judges to approve the mother having the child right off! Iowa suffers business loss because of the weak one sided laws set now. Children are used by mothers to punish the paternal family.

Not only can the woman take off with the children, she can extort her spouse and the family for money and control, and nobody (especially not the state of MO) sees anything wrong with that, because no laws have been broken. It doesn’t matter how immoral it is.

I agree with …
I agree with blondie….bring my kids back so they can sleep in their beds, in their house. What she isn’t saying is that what is happening is (in my case)the woman can just take off with the children in a unilateral move, and nobody sees that as a problem.
