In the State of Georgia, if a mothers loses custody of her children to her parents and father of the children (the grand parents and father share custody) can she still legally live in the same home that her parents and children live in full time?
Unless there is a restraining order on her then Yes.

Yes but as far as any say to what and what the kids can do will come from the grandparents not the mother.

yes, but chances are that when you lose custody there is a reason. Usually substance abuse is the problem. If the grandparents allow it and the mom is getting help for her problems it can be allowed. If she completes a program and gets herself on the right track she may be able to at least have a relationship with her kids and may even get her parental privileges back.

In my state yes as long as the reason why she hasn’t lost custody is because she caused physical harm to them. Also, she will be not allowed to be alone with the children while in the grandparent’s care.
