		<description>It is extremely difficult for her to move without consent.  She must file an order with the court requesting permission to move out of state.  The reason for this is because you have visitation.  Moving out of state would interfere with your visitation.  Even going through the courts, it would be hard.  But hopefully the two of you can come up with a compromise that will benefit the two of you for the sake of the kids.
