		<description>Regardless of where the mother went and for how long, if she has legal court orders stating what day(s) she is allowed to have the children, then she gets to have the children.  Unfortunately, there&#039;s nothing that you can immediately do to prevent that.

When she has the children, it is her responsibility to ensure that they are cared for.  This includes receiving an education.  If she fails to ensure that the children go to school, then she can be criminally charged for that.
