Usher’s ex wife Tameka Foster labels him a “dead beat dad”. Hey everyone this is Ani Esmailian for Hollyscoop. Usher’s ex filed paperwork in a Georgia asking a judge to get rid of Usher’s physical custody of their two boys because he hasn’t paid up in legal obligations. Um…you’re rich! The couple has two kids together, four year old Usher Raymond V and two year old Naviyd. They spend most of their time with Mom, but Mommy dearest is too pleased with daddy right now. Tameka claims that Usher is supposed to get her permission anytime he travels outside the state with their kids, and he repeatedly fails to get her permission. Damn, busted for all those Vegas trips with the kids. She also says he did not get her approval before hiring nannies for the kids. He also didn’t allow her to have custody of the kids for 2 weeks over the summer as she was supposed to. She was also supposed to have sole custody of the kids over their winter break last year and that did not happen. But the most offensive thing that Usher did was close out Tameka’s Saks 5th Avenue credit card! Gasp! They’re due in court on Wednesday. Even though Federal Gov’s guidelines require states to modify child support and base the amounts on factual figures and actual income in order to receive federal grants, Florida family law judges and FDOR routinely ignore Federal law. Clerk’s of court even get in on the corruption by not filing non custodial parents petitions, charging illegal fees for filing, failing to notice non custodial parents of hearings, not mailing motions and orders, delaying transcriptions etc. This is an audio of an actual contempt hearing held on Dec. 6, 2010 where clerk, hearing officer and child support enforcement attorneys collude and attempt to cover up their unlawful actions and denial of due process. Florida simply WILL NOT do downward mods and getting the clerk in Orange Co. to even file your petition for mod is nearly impossible as you’ll see in this video. If you are a non custodial parent, you are truly a second class citizen in Florida. Don’t move here unless you enjoy debtor’s prison and having the state tell you where and how you can work. Florida is one of only five states that doesn’t provide attorneys to indigent and low income non custodial parents in contempt hearings. Currently the right to counsel issue is in the US Supreme Court in the case of Turner v. Price. Let’s hope we finally get some justice in Florida’s corrupt family law courts.
