Where Wayne CANN, the more stable parent had been denied Custody by a Family Court Judge, so that his Ex-wife, 41 year old Elizabeth CANN could get Child Support, WHICH brings equal amount of FREE
FEDERAL FUNDING, not to the children, but to the States bloated, over spending budget. So the States, make money. More Child Support, More FREE money from the FEDs, without directly raising taxes on the voters IN THE State.
Elizabeth CANN, did not possess the good judgement to keep a man with violent history OUT of her
life, and out of the lives of her and Wayne’s Daughters. As a result, Brittany and Danielle suffered
head shot wounds, which almost killed them and left one permanently blind in her left eye.
Had Wayne had custody, after it was CLEARLY known by CPS social workers, the court, and others
that Elizabeth’s Violent boyfriend, McDermott [who shot himself dead, after the murder of Elizabeth and the near fatal wounding of Waynes young daughters, on railroad tracks and was run over by a train].

Perhaps the State …
Perhaps the State feels that fathers would be too much a positive influence on a child’s independent thinking? Well, MOST fathers. I wonder if the State fears males as a possible threat? Vladimir Lenin said that communism in Russia would not have been successful without the full, and unwavering support, of the Russian women. Therefor, the State separates men from women. Women no longer need men for protection and support. The State has substituted men with themselves as protectors of women.

Hind site is 20/20 … but prevenative maintance is a must these days…teaching how to choose a partner in life and really understanding what being a parent involves is a huge issue these days. Running through court cases as if a storm is chasing one is not the answer. Thanking you for this post…!

This sort of thing …
This sort of thing is pitting men against women, and making all women into the enemy, when the real enemy is the gov’t. Divide and conquer. There are bad fathers, and there are bad mothers, but there is nothing anywhere near as bad as the state as parent. People have to be very, very careful about who they get involved with, as they may be the mother/father of your children. Better to be single for the rest of your life, than hook up with a loser, female or male.

CPS puts children …
CPS puts children in the most dangerous, unstable, risky environment possible, in every case, if they can figure out a way to avoid too much attention. It’s their goal. It creates jobs, brings in money, extends litigation, creates “special needs” children, and breeds a whole new future generation of welfare recipients – i.e. state dependents. A healthy family is dangerous to the state. That’s why men are considered Enemy of the State.
ABOLISH CPS! Close “juvenile courts”.
