Custody fight over toddler

A custody fight over a 3-year-old Southern Indiana boy has his biological father in Northwest Ohio fighting the family who’s raised him.

The biological father is from Swanton.

The couple from Sellersburg, Ind., north of Louisville, Ky., has raised Grayson.

The custody fight is tied up in the courts, so it’s still not clear how this will eventually play out.

Grayson is still in Indiana, with Jason and Christy Vaughn, the family that has raised him pretty much since his birth.
