A former director of the National Organisation for Women, Warren argues that society has been mislead by the feminist movement into perceiving women as victims of male oppression. Those who are unfamiliar with Family Law in the UK might believe that the term ‘abduction’ would be relatively easy to define. Most would think that if a child is removed without the parent’s permission to another jurisdiction this would constitute ‘abduction’.
