Father wins custody

Short story about a father that has joint custody of his two young kids. Because of the distance, he can only see them on the weekends.
Seraj officially got divorced from his wife 1.5years ago but his fight for seeing his kids started three years ago. His marriage was peaceful, but the interference of his ex-in-laws for their daughter to move back to the USA from Germany was just too great. Seraj’s now ex-wife left Germany without notice taking their 3year old daughter and their unborn son to Ohio. Cut off from his kids life and desperate to see them Seraj won partial custody of his 2 children, but not with out a long legal fight.
In the end Seraj was exonerated of any wrong doing in the marriage.
