My brother has been trying to get a hold of his son now for over 4 months. His ex-wife moved and since she did he can not get a hold of his son. He has left a message everyday and she never calls him back. I have even tried to call a few times and she never returns any of my phone calls too. They don't have access to email so we are not able to try and contact him that way. My brother has always been a great dad…..and his ex wife….well she is not such a great mom. He pays his child support every month etc. Any one know what he can do so he can see his son?

He needs to see a lawyer and file for custody and let the law take care of getting her attention.
