But when it comes to abusers....it's a different scenario altogether. 70% of men who seek full custody of the children through the legal system are abusers. Why? To either use it as an attempt to get the mother to come back and/or to punish her. They are narcisistic and have learned very well throughout their lives how to use their charm, manipulation techniques and LIES in a way that makes it difficult for a "normal" person not to believe them. And they use it on the courts just like they do on anyone else. A "normal" person, who truly has the children's interest at heart is not going to keep children thousands of miles away from their entire extended family or their mother. What's the point of all of the talk when it is clear that the courts/legal system isn't listening and perpetually sacrafices the children's well being. "Helping keep me informed on custody issues..." The studies and stats are documented. Why can't we educate the courts?
