A Palm Bay father was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison Thursday for kidnapping his son. Paul Martikainen pleaded guilty to taking the boy last year, then hiding him on a sailboat.

MY X wife took my sons from Ventura County California and moved them to Maryland. The Courts did nothing to her. I had Zero visitation and I pay child support.
Now things have changed, my 15 year old son wants to live here in Cali with me so my X is figting it and wants me to pay her attorney fee’s. Next Month is the trail. I am sure I will get screwed in some way I have been prevented from being in my 2 sons life for over 15 years now and my X wife and Ventura County Courts are to blame!
