I totally agree that the kids stay with the Jackson family, but my question is what if the kids don’t want a relationship with Debbie, then what? Are they going to force them to have a relationship with this woman?

Rowe barely knows the kids. She is only the biological surrogate! She only wanted the kids to get the money.
Chances are, she will not visit the kids, she barely did at all anyway. So unless there is money involved, shes not showing up.
